I cooked up a batch of Ina Garten’s Cheddar Corn Chowder tonight. I’ll have leftovers for days, but they’ll be good!
I highly recommend this recipe. It has simple ingredients, it reheats well, and it gets rave reviews. Just be warned: as written, the recipe could feed an army. I halved the recipe and still have an absurd amount of soup.
